Set email title for PagerDuty

Right now the email subject is always “[PagerDuty Alert] You have 1 triggered incident.”

Can it be changed to something else?

Ajit from the Product team here at PagerDuty.

We are looking at changing some our email behaviour later this summer, allowing greater customization of both the content and look-and-feel.

Regarding the specific ask of changing the alert notification subject line, what would you want it changed to?
